Proforma Invoice and Payment Obligation for Services with Auto-Renewal Cancelled
In the LivaProxy customer panel, a proforma invoice is automatically generated by the system before your service expires. These invoices serve as advance notifications for your service renewal. However, if you have disabled the auto-renewal setting, you are not obligated to pay these invoices.
What is a Proforma Invoice?
A proforma invoice is a type of invoice that has not yet been finalized. It is used in commercial transactions for preliminary information and payment commitment. In the LivaProxy system, it is automatically generated in the customer panel when approaching the service renewal period.
The creation of a proforma invoice does not mean that the service is automatically renewed or that you must make a payment. This invoice is merely a pending renewal notification in your system.
What Happens If Auto-Renewal is Disabled?
If you have disabled the auto-renewal option when purchasing your service or later through your customer panel:
- The proforma invoice is automatically generated by the system
- However, if you don't pay, the invoice remains invalid
- Your service will not be renewed when it expires and will be terminated
- You have no payment obligation
- No automatic charges will be made from your account
This is a security mechanism that allows customers to maintain full control over their services. As long as auto-renewal is disabled, you will not be charged without your consent.
Why Do I See Additional Invoices in My Billing?
Extra invoices appearing in your customer panel are typically created for the following reasons:
- Automatic system notification: The system automatically creates a proforma invoice when approaching the service expiration date
- Multiple services: Separate invoices may be created for services renewing on different dates
- Additional package orders: New invoices for additional GB packages in Mobile Proxy services
- Package upgrade requests: Invoices for the difference amount in service upgrade transactions
The common rule for all these situations: If auto-renewal is disabled, no service will be activated or renewed unless you make a payment.

Checking Auto-Renewal Status
You can check the auto-renewal status of your services by following these steps:
- Log in to your LivaProxy customer panel
- Go to the "My Services" or "My Products" section
- Click on the relevant service
- View the "Auto-Renewal" status on the service details page
- Enable or disable it from here if necessary
When Do I Need to Make a Payment?
You need to pay for your proforma invoice in the following cases:
- If you want to renew the service: Even if auto-renewal is disabled, you can continue your service by manually paying the invoice
- If auto-renewal is enabled: In this case, the system automatically makes the payment (via account credit or registered card)
- If you want to purchase additional packages: Invoices created for additional GB packages in Mobile Proxy services
I Don't Want to Renew the Service, What Should I Do?
If you don't want to renew your service:
- You don't need to take any action regarding the proforma invoice
- If you don't pay the invoice, your service will automatically terminate when it expires
- The invoice may continue to appear in your customer panel, but this is normal
- No additional charges will be collected
- You can request cancellation of the invoice from our support team if you wish
Account Credit and Auto-Renewal Relationship
When auto-renewal is enabled, the system attempts to make payment in the following order:
- Account credit: First, the available balance in your account is checked
- Registered credit card: If the balance is insufficient, payment is attempted from your registered card
- If unsuccessful: The service cannot be renewed and may be terminated
If auto-renewal is disabled, no automatic charges will be made regardless of how much balance is in your account.
How to Request Invoice Cancellation?
If you don't want your proforma invoice to appear in your panel:
- Create a support ticket from your customer panel
- Specify the invoice number and your cancellation request
- Our support team will cancel the invoice shortly
However, remember: Even if the proforma invoice is not cancelled, there is no payment obligation if auto-renewal is disabled.
Common Scenarios
Scenario 1: Forgetting to Renew the Service
You have disabled auto-renewal but want to continue using the service. In this case, the proforma invoice must be paid manually before the due date. Otherwise, the service will expire.
Scenario 2: Wanting to Switch to a Different Package
If you want to switch to a different package instead of renewing your current service, you can skip paying the proforma invoice and place a new order. The old service will expire and the new service will become active.
Scenario 3: Temporary Non-Use
If you won't be using the Proxy service for a while, you can disable auto-renewal and not pay the proforma invoice. You can place a new order when you need it.
Important Reminders
- The appearance of a proforma invoice does not mean a payment obligation
- Regularly check your auto-renewal settings
- Make your renewal decision before the service expires
- If you have loaded account credit and auto-renewal is enabled, this balance may be used
- Monitor your email notifications, the system sends you reminders
- Contact our support team if in doubt
As LivaProxy, we do not charge any fees without our customers' consent. As long as auto-renewal is disabled, proforma invoices are for informational purposes only and do not include any payment obligation.
