Phone Number Account Lookup and Membership Verification Guide
Security and account management are of great importance in the LivaProxy system. Users may occasionally want to find out whether an account is registered to a specific phone number. In this guide, we will explain in detail the phone number account lookup process, security protocols, and the steps to follow.
What Is Phone Number Account Lookup?
Phone number account lookup is the process of checking whether there is an active or inactive membership registered to a specific mobile phone number in the system. This lookup is typically necessary in the following situations:
- Identifying forgotten account information
- Multiple account verification
- Security verification purposes
- Existing registration check before number change
- Investigation in case of suspected unauthorized account creation
How to Perform Account Lookup?
Account lookup by phone number on LivaProxy can only be performed by the support team. The process steps are as follows:
1. Creating a Support Request
Create a new request using the support ticket system on our website. Be sure to include the following information in your request:
- The phone number you want to look up (full 11-digit format: 0XXX XXX XX XX)
- The reason for your lookup
- A statement indicating that the number belongs to you
2. Identity Verification Process
Due to our security protocols, you may need to prove that you are the legal owner of the phone number. Our support team may request one of the following documents:
- E-invoice screenshot (showing your phone number)
- Operator bill
- National ID document and phone line registration match
- Line ownership certificate obtained from the operator
3. Lookup and Response
After our support team completes your identity verification, they will check whether there is an account registered to the relevant phone number in the system and provide you with the information. The response only shares information about account existence; detailed account information (email, username, etc.) is not provided for security reasons.
What Information Is Shared and What Is Not?
Due to our privacy and security policies, the information that can and cannot be shared during account lookup is as follows:
Information That Can Be Shared
- Whether there is an account registered to the relevant phone number (YES/NO information)
- Whether there are other registrations besides your existing membership
- Whether the account is active or inactive (general information)
Information That Cannot Be Shared

- Username and password information
- Account balance and order history

Security and Privacy Measures
LivaProxy has top-level security standards regarding the protection of customer data:
- Mandatory Identity Verification: You must prove that you are the legal owner of the number to perform a phone number lookup
- Limited Information Sharing: Only account existence information is shared; detailed account information is protected
- Recording: All lookup requests are stored in system logs
- Unauthorized Access Protection: It is not possible to look up someone else's phone number
Multiple Account Status and Verification
Can multiple accounts be registered to one phone number? In the LivaProxy system:
- One phone number can be registered to multiple accounts
- However, a limited number of accounts can be created with the same National ID Number
- KYC (Identity Verification) is mandatory for each account as required by legal regulations
- Security measures are activated upon detection of suspicious multiple accounts
If there is no other registration besides your existing membership, our support team will clearly communicate this information to you.
