Mobile Proxy Location Options: Istanbul and Bursa Server Alternatives

LivaProxy Mobile Proxy services currently offer two different location options: Istanbul and Bursa. When creating an order, you can choose between these two cities and select the location that best suits your needs.

Available Location Options

For your Mobile Proxy orders, you can choose from the following locations:

• Istanbul Location: Mobile proxy servers located in Istanbul, Turkey's largest data center infrastructure city.
• Bursa Location: Mobile proxy services hosted in Bursa as an alternative to Istanbul.

Both locations provide service at the same quality standards. There is no difference between locations in terms of technical performance, speed, and stability.

Multiple Orders from Different Locations

When you want to purchase multiple Mobile Proxy services, you can choose a different location for each order. For example:

• You can select the Istanbul location for your first order,
• You can prefer the Bursa location for your second order.

This way, you can diversify your proxy portfolio by utilizing different server infrastructures. However, there is no mixed location option within a single order - each order is created in a single location.

Location Performance Comparison

There is no technical performance difference between Istanbul and Bursa locations:

Both locations use the same carrier infrastructures (Turkcell AS16135 and Türk Telekom AS20978), and the IP pools have similar characteristics.

Are Services Available in Other Cities?

Currently, LivaProxy only provides Mobile Proxy services in Istanbul and Bursa locations. We do not yet have active server infrastructure in Ankara, Izmir, or other cities.

Expansion plans for different cities are being evaluated for the future, and when new locations open, our customers will be notified through the website and information channels.

How to Select a Location?

Location selection when creating a Mobile Proxy order is done through these steps:

1. Go to the Mobile Proxy product page on the website
2. Choose your package (Economy, Medium, Premium, Business)
3. Select the duration (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
4. Mark Istanbul or Bursa option from the Location section
5. Choose your carrier (Turkcell or Türk Telekom)
6. Specify your protocol preference (HTTP/HTTPS or SOCKS5)
7. Complete the order

Location selection is not subject to additional fees - pricing is the same for both cities.

IP Block and Subnet Diversity

If you order from different locations, your proxy services will be hosted on physically different servers. However, in both locations:

• The same carrier infrastructures are used (Turkcell or Türk Telekom)
• IP addresses come from the same AS numbers
• Subnet structures show similarity

Therefore, location difference is not a determining factor in terms of IP block or subnet diversity. Dynamic allocation is made from the carrier's own IP pool in both locations.

Which Location Should I Choose?

Factors you can consider when choosing a location:

• Geographic Proximity: If you are physically closer to Bursa, you can theoretically gain a few milliseconds of latency advantage (though this difference is not noticeable in practice).
• Load Distribution: If you use multiple proxy services, you can benefit from different server resources by distributing locations.
• Testing and Comparison: You can try both locations to observe which server performs better in your usage scenario.

For general usage scenarios, both locations offer equal performance, so the choice is entirely up to you.

Location Change Policy

Location change is not possible for purchased Mobile Proxy service. After the order is created, the proxy service is fixed in the location you selected. If you want to change the location:

• You can wait for your current service period to expire,
• You can create a new order and choose a different location.

However, location transfer or change cannot be made while the service period continues.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a speed difference between Istanbul and Bursa?

No, since both locations use the same 4.5G carrier infrastructure, speed values are similar (average 15-75 Mbps).

Are international locations available?

Currently, our Mobile Proxy services are only offered in Turkey locations (Istanbul and Bursa). International location plans will be evaluated in the future.

Can I purchase both Istanbul and Bursa proxies simultaneously?

Yes, you can get proxy services from both locations by creating different orders. However, mixed location selection cannot be made within a single order.

Is location selection subject to additional fees?

No, Istanbul and Bursa locations have the same pricing. Your location preference does not affect the total cost.
