What is a Delivery File?

A delivery file is a document containing all technical connection information for the proxy service you purchased. This file includes the following information:

How to Download the Delivery File?

Follow these steps to access your delivery file:

1. Log in to Your Customer Panel
Log in to your account at livaproxy.com. Use the email address and password you set during registration to access the system.

2. Go to My Services Section
Click on "My Services" or "My Products" from the top menu or dashboard. You will see a list of your active proxy services.

3. Select the Relevant Service
Click on the proxy service you want to learn connection information for to go to the product management page.

4. Click the Download Button
You will see a "Download" button on the product detail page. Click this button to download your delivery file to your computer. The file is usually in TXT or PDF format.

How to Read the Delivery File Content?

You can open the downloaded delivery file with any text editor (Notepad, TextEdit, etc.). The file content is typically presented in the following formats:

Simple Format Example:
IP:Port:Username:Password
185.123.45.67:8080:user123:password456

Hostname Format Example:
isp.livaproxy.com:10001:user123:password456
isp.livaproxy.com:10002:user123:password456

Detailed Format Example:
Proxy Type: HTTP/HTTPS
Server: 185.123.45.67
Port: 8080
Username: user123
Password: password456

Hostname vs IP Address Difference

You may see a hostname (e.g., isp.livaproxy.com) instead of an IP address in your delivery file. This is completely normal and provides the following advantages:

  • Dynamic IP Management: Your connection is automatically updated during infrastructure changes
  • Easier to Remember: Using meaningful names instead of numerical IPs
  • High Availability: Uninterrupted service during server changes

Important note when using hostname: In your proxy settings, you should enter the hostname (isp.livaproxy.com) in the "Server" or "Host" field, and the port number (e.g., 10001) in the "Port" field.

Where is the Port Number Located?

The port number is found in your delivery file immediately after the IP address or hostname, separated by a colon (:). For example:

isp.livaproxy.com:10001 - Here 10001 is the port number
185.123.45.67:8080 - Here 8080 is the port number

If you have purchased multiple proxies, you will see different port numbers on each line. Each port number represents a different proxy connection.

How to Configure Proxy Connection Settings?

After obtaining the information from the delivery file, you can start using your proxy. The basic connection format is as follows:

In Browser or Application Settings:

  • Proxy Server: isp.livaproxy.com (or IP address)
  • Port: 10001
  • Username: user123
  • Password: password456
  • Protocol: HTTP/HTTPS or SOCKS5

Usage in Software:
Most automation software and bot programs accept proxy information in this format:
isp.livaproxy.com:10001:user123:password456

  • IP Rotate Link: Special link you can use to manually change your IP address

If Download Button is Not Visible:
