LivaProxy services feature a specially developed Dashboard (Control Panel) system for real-time tracking of your remaining GB quota, instant traffic usage, and service details. This guide explains in detail how to view and manage your usage data through dashboard.livaproxy.com.

Accessing the Dashboard Panel

To track your usage, you first need to log in to your management panel:

  • Panel Address: dashboard.livaproxy.com
  • Login Credentials: You can log in with your membership email address and password
  • Easy Access: You can access the panel 24/7 from any device (desktop, tablet, mobile)

After logging into your customer panel, you will see a list of your active services. You can access the management page of each service using the "Manage" or "Details" button next to each service.

Information You Can View on the Dashboard

Through our management panel, you can track the following usage data in real-time:

Quota and Traffic Information

  • Total Quota: Total GB limit assigned to your service
  • Used Amount: Amount of data consumed so far
  • Remaining Amount: Your available GB quota
  • Usage Percentage: Ratio showing how much of your total quota you have used
  • Upload/Download Details: Sent (SBytes) and received (RBytes) data amounts can be viewed separately

Service Information

  • Service Status: Active/Inactive/Suspended information
  • Start Date: When the service began
  • End Date: When the service period will expire
  • Remaining Days: How many days remain in your service period
  • Auto-Renewal Status: Whether the service will automatically renew

Which Services Have Quota Tracking?

Service types where you can track quota through the dashboard:

Mobile Proxy Services

You can track GB-based usage in your daily, weekly, or monthly Mobile Proxy packages. Your remaining quota is updated in real-time for all Economy, Medium, Premium, and Business packages.

Rotating Proxy Services

In your GB-based Rotating Proxy packages (all packages from 1 GB to 500 GB), you can view your instant traffic consumption. Even with IP changes on every request, your total data usage is updated minute by minute.

Premium IPv6 Subnet Proxy Server

Some Premium IPv6 Subnet packages have a monthly traffic limit. In these packages, you can track your remaining monthly quota through the dashboard.

Note: IPv4 Proxy (Datacenter and ISP), IPv6 Proxy, and Rotating IPv6 Proxy services offer unlimited traffic, therefore there is no GB quota tracking for these services.

What Happens When Quota Runs Out?

When your service GB quota is fully consumed:

  • Your proxy connection is automatically disabled
  • You are notified via email and SMS
  • Even if the service period continues, you cannot use it because the quota is exhausted
  • You can increase your quota by purchasing an "Additional Package" through the dashboard

Purchasing Additional Packages

When quota runs out or before it does, you can add additional GB quota using the "Purchase Additional Package" button on your service management page. Additional packages are instantly added to your account and activated.

Important: The usage period for purchased additional packages is until your current service expiration date. Any unused additional package quota expires when the service period ends.

Important Considerations for Usage Tracking

Data Calculation Method

In Mobile Proxy services, quota calculation is based on the sum of RBytes (downloaded data) and SBytes (sent data). For example, when you open a web page, both the page content is downloaded (RBytes) and a request is sent (SBytes), both are added to your total usage.

Real-Time Updates

Usage data on the dashboard is updated almost in real-time. However, during peak usage times, there may be a 1-2 minute delay. For precise usage information, refreshing the page (F5) may be helpful.

Quota Usage with Multiple Connections

If you are using the same proxy in multiple applications or threads, the total data consumption of all connections is deducted from a single quota pool. The usage you see on the dashboard is the total of all your connections.

Common Situations in Dashboard Usage

Usage Not Showing or Appears as Zero

If you have proxy usage but quota consumption is not showing on the dashboard:

  • Make sure your proxy connection is configured correctly
  • Verify that your browser or application is actually connecting through the proxy
  • Wait a few minutes and refresh the page, the system may be updating
  • If the problem persists, create a support ticket

Higher Than Expected Quota Consumption

If you see higher than expected data consumption during normal use:

  • There may be applications running automatic updates in the background
  • You may have performed high bandwidth operations like video or image uploads
  • Connection count may be high in multi-threaded or automated tasks
  • You can review upload/download details on the dashboard to see which direction consumed more data

Mobile App and Alternative Access

You can also access the dashboard panel through these methods besides web browsers:

  • Mobile Browser: You can access dashboard.livaproxy.com from your mobile device's browser and track through the responsive interface
  • Tablet Devices: You can access the web panel from your tablet in the same way
  • API Integration: For advanced users, it is possible to query usage data through API (for Reseller accounts)
