In ISP IPv4 Proxy services, server location is a critical factor for the effectiveness and reliability of your proxy usage. In this guide, we will thoroughly examine the regions where LivaProxy ISP IPv4 Proxy services are offered, location options, and how the geographical locations of IP addresses are determined.
Available Locations and Server Positions
LivaProxy ISP IPv4 Proxy services are offered in Turkey location. Our entire server infrastructure is positioned in Istanbul. This strategic location choice enables us to provide service at the most optimal point in terms of Turkey's internet backbone and connection quality.
Different city locations such as Bursa, Ankara, and Izmir, which our customers frequently ask about, are currently not available in our ISP IPv4 Proxy services. Our entire server infrastructure is centrally located in Istanbul.
IP Address Whois Queries and Location Information
In WHOIS queries you perform for IP addresses used in our ISP IPv4 Proxy services, the registered location of IP addresses will appear as Istanbul. This situation stems from the following technical reasons:
- ISP Registration Location: Our IP addresses are registered to internet service providers such as Vodafone, Turkcell Superonline, and Netfactor Telekom. The registration information of these operators' IP blocks reflects the physical server location.
- Physical Server Location: Our entire server infrastructure is hosted in Istanbul data centers, therefore IP addresses are also assigned to Istanbul location.
- IP Database Currency: Geolocation databases such as MaxMind and IP2Location assign locations according to the ISP registration information of IP blocks.
Can I Request Different City Locations?
Currently, only Istanbul location is available in our ISP IPv4 Proxy services. If you have special location requests for Bursa, Ankara, or other cities, you can submit these requests to our support team. We have plans to expand server infrastructure in different city locations in the future, but they are not actively offered at the moment.
If your need is specifically to use IP addresses in a particular city location, alternatively Istanbul and Bursa location options are available in our Mobile Proxy services. Mobile Proxy services operate over real mobile operator infrastructure and use that operator's base stations in the selected city.
