ISP IPv4 Proxy Location and ISP Information Verification: IP2Location Query Guide

With ISP IPv4 Proxy services, you may want to verify which ISP your IP addresses belong to and their location information. LivaProxy customers can check the actual ISP information and geographical location of their assigned IP addresses using various query tools.

ISP IPv4 Proxy Operator Structure

LivaProxy ISP IPv4 Proxy services offer three different ISP options:

• Turkcell Superonline: Residential IP addresses registered under Turkcell infrastructure
• Vodafone Net: ISP proxy addresses hosted in Vodafone data center
• Netfactor Telekom: IP blocks provided through Netfactor infrastructure

The ISP you select when creating your order determines the internet service provider where your assigned IP addresses are registered. This information appears as ASN (Autonomous System Number) and ISP name in IP query tools.

Querying IP Location and ISP Information

You can use various free query platforms to verify your proxy service's ISP information:

Using IP2Location

IP2Location is one of the most popular IP query tools and provides the following information:

• IP address type (IPv4/IPv6)
• Country and city information
• ISP (Internet Service Provider) name
• ASN (Autonomous System Number)
• Proxy/VPN detection
• Coordinate information

Query Steps:

1. Copy your IP address from your proxy delivery file or customer panel
2. Visit https://www.ip2location.com/demo/
3. Paste your IP address into the search box
4. Click the "Demo" or "Lookup" button
5. Check the ISP and location information in the results

Other reliable platforms you can use besides IP2Location:

ISP Change and IP Renewal

In some cases, IP addresses assigned to your proxy service may be renewed due to technical reasons or infrastructure changes. In this case:

• IP information in your customer panel is updated by our support team
• New delivery file is automatically generated by the system
• Email notification is sent
• Transition is provided without service interruption

Important Note: IP renewal processes are performed to improve your service quality or ensure subnet cleanup. Your ISP preference is maintained during this process.

Difference Between ISP Proxy and Datacenter Proxy

An important distinction to note in IP query tools:

ISP IPv4 Proxy Characteristics

• ISP name: Real operators like Turkcell, Vodafone, Netfactor are visible
• Connection Type: Marked as "ISP" or "Residential"
• Fraud Score: Generally low (between 0-25)
• Proxy Detection: "No" or low risk score

Datacenter Proxy Characteristics

• ISP name: Data center company name (e.g., Turhost, Radore)
• Connection Type: Marked as "DCH" (Data Center/Hosting)
• ASN: Data center ASN number

Location Information Verification

All LivaProxy services are provided in Turkey location. Location information you may see in query tools:

• Country: Turkey (TR)
• City: Istanbul or Bursa (depending on infrastructure location)
• Coordinates: Within Turkey borders
• Timezone: Europe/Istanbul (UTC+3)

Note: Some IP databases may not be current and may show old location information. In this case, it is recommended to cross-check using multiple query tools.

ASN (Autonomous System Number) Information

ASN number is a unique identifier showing which organization IP blocks belong to:

• Turkcell ASN: AS16135 (Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.S.)
• Türk Telekom ASN: AS9121 (Turk Telekom)
• Vodafone ASN: AS15897 (Vodafone Net Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S.)

Seeing these ASN numbers in query tools confirms that your IP address belongs to the actual ISP infrastructure.

Common Query Issues

Location Information Appears Incorrect

IP databases (GeoIP) may not always be 100% accurate. Especially for newly allocated IP blocks, the update process may take several weeks. In this case:

• Use multiple query tools
• Verify the ISP by checking ASN information
• Ensure the IP is shown within Turkey borders

Marked as Proxy/VPN

Some advanced detection systems may label ISP proxy addresses as "residential proxy" or "ISP hosting". This situation:

• Does not affect the authenticity of the IP address
• ISP registration is still valid
• Does not cause issues for most platforms

Viewing IP Information from Customer Panel

You can access your proxy information in your LivaProxy customer panel as follows:

1. Log in to your customer panel
2. Click on the "My Services" section
3. Select the relevant proxy service
4. Download the delivery file by pressing the "Download" button
5. All your IP:Port information is listed in the delivery file

Support and Verification Request

If you have doubts about the ISP or location information of your IP addresses:

• Create a support ticket from the customer panel
• Specify the IP address you want to query
• Explain which platform you are experiencing issues with
• Our team will share IP query results within 24 hours

ISP Change Requests

If you want to switch to a different ISP on your active service:

• Exchange may be possible depending on stock availability
• You can submit your request by creating a support ticket
• Your existing IPs will be replaced with new ISP IPs
• Your service duration and configuration are preserved
